Effective July 22, 2026
Overview
Victory Life Ministries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and Services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically as you use the Services:
- Account information — your name and email address, and the credentials used to sign in to your account.
- Order information — items purchased, and the billing and shipping details needed to fulfill and deliver an order.
- Giving information — the amount, frequency, and designation of gifts you make.
- Communications — messages you send us, including through the contact form and prayer requests.
- Automatic information — basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information
When you make a purchase or a gift, your card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
- Process orders and gifts, deliver products and digital downloads, and send related confirmations and receipts.
- Create and maintain your account and keep it secure.
- Respond to your messages, prayer requests, and support inquiries.
- Send ministry updates and newsletters when you have asked to receive them.
- Protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the Services are used. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, largely de-identified usage statistics (such as pages viewed and general location); Google processes this data under its own terms. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, though some features of the Services may not work properly without them.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the ministry and its Services, including with service providers who work on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner — to produce and ship physical orders.
- Email delivery providers — to send transactional email, receipts, and newsletters you have requested.
- Hosting and database providers — to operate the website and store account and order data securely.
- Google Analytics — for aggregated usage measurement.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the ministry or others.
How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and restricting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately if an issue arises.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may ask us to close your account and delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account information by signing in. You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in any newsletter email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing; contact us to make such a request and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
To ask a question about your privacy or to make a request about your information, contact us. See also our Terms of Service.
