Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Victory Life Ministries website, online store, giving pages, media, and account features (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with Victory Life Ministries and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you create an account, place an order, or make a gift, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use any payment method you submit.

Some features — such as placing an order or managing recurring gifts — require you to be at least 18 years old or to have the involvement of a parent or guardian.

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are authenticated through our ministry’s member system; your password is never stored by this website in readable form.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. We may suspend or end sessions, or disable an account, if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Our store offers ministry resources, digital downloads, and print-on-demand merchandise. We make reasonable efforts to describe products and display prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Physical products are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner; delivery times vary by product and destination. Digital products are delivered through your account after your order is complete.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or when the item ships or becomes available for download.

Payments for purchases and gifts are processed by Stripe. When you pay, you provide your card or payment details directly to Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.

You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

If you set up a recurring gift, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select until you cancel. You can view and cancel a recurring gift at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund gifts already processed.

Gifts to Victory Life Ministries support the ministry’s work and are generally non-refundable. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on your circumstances and applicable law; please consult your tax advisor. See our Refund & Return Policy for the limited circumstances in which we correct a gift made in error.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or its content except as expressly permitted.
• Engage in automated data harvesting, scraping, or bulk collection without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.

Except for content you own, all materials on the Services — including teaching, video, audio, text, graphics, and the Victory Life name and marks — are owned by Victory Life Ministries or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and use the materials for your own non-commercial use.

If you submit content to us (for example, a prayer request or a message through a form), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose for which you submitted it, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

The Services include content and players from third parties such as YouTube and Spotify, and link to other websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing on the Services is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory Life Ministries and its staff, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victory Life Ministries from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Victory Life Ministries is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
